Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PILOTED processes personal data when you browse the site, place an order, use Discord support or run Piloted Analyzer. Last updated: 29 August 2026.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

  • Order data: name, email, country, selected service, price, currency, Stripe identifiers, payment status and order reference.
  • Discord support data: Discord user ID, ticket messages, attachments, staff notes, appointment and workflow status.
  • Analyzer data: hardware, Windows, BIOS/UEFI, drivers, storage, display and relevant technical settings, plus the order reference you enter.
  • Security and service data: timestamps, session and audit information, IP and technical logs processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

Piloted Analyzer is not designed to collect passwords, payment-card details, browser history, personal documents or unrelated files.

3. Why we use data

  • To take payment, confirm orders and deliver the purchased service: performance of the contract.
  • To provide support, diagnose systems and manage tickets: performance of the contract.
  • To prevent fraud, protect accounts and maintain an audit trail: legitimate interests in service security.
  • To issue invoices and meet tax, accounting and legal duties: compliance with legal obligations.
  • To collect private service feedback: legitimate interests in service improvement. A review is displayed publicly only after the customer separately answers YES to publication and staff approves it. Public reviews show only the chosen display name, rating, review text, service tier and month.
  • For any optional processing specifically presented as such: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to authorised PILOTED staff and providers required to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for application data, Discord for ticket communication and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the relevant provider's recognised transfer mechanism and safeguards apply.

5. Retention

  • Order, invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by French law.
  • Active ticket and Analyzer data are kept for service delivery and support. Closed-ticket operational records and audit transcripts are normally kept for up to 12 months, unless a dispute or legal duty requires longer.
  • When a ticket is deleted, a transcript is sent to the customer before deletion; the customer's own copy then remains under the customer's control.
  • Reviews are retained while useful and accurate. A customer may withdraw public-review consent or request deletion at any time through support@piloted.site; publication will then stop without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Authentication, security and infrastructure logs are kept for the limited periods set by the relevant service provider and security needs.

6. Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send a request to support@piloted.site. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

7. Cookies and local storage

The public website does not use advertising cookies. It may store strictly functional preferences such as selected currency. The staff dashboard uses a secure authentication cookie. If analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced later, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.

8. Security and changes

PILOTED uses access controls, signed payment webhooks, encrypted connections and role-based staff access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised date.
